Why We Built Resubly
Resubly was built by the Easy Entropy team, a small studio based in Cape Town, South Africa. After years of managing cloud and SaaS spend at scale, the pattern was always the same: enterprise contract management tools were overkill for small and mid-sized teams, and spreadsheets were too fragile for anything beyond a handful of renewals.
The breaking point? A $24,000 auto-renewal on a platform the team had stopped using six months earlier. The notice window had closed 60 days before anyone checked the spreadsheet.
