What data does Resubly store?
Resubly stores organization details, team membership, subscription records, renewal dates, owners, costs, uploaded contract documents, and activity history needed to run the renewal workflow.
Does Resubly monitor employee devices or app usage?
No. Resubly is a contract and renewal tracker. It does not install device agents, monitor employees, or inspect usage across your company devices.
How does document ingestion work?
You can upload a PDF or invoice. Resubly stages extracted vendor, cost, date, and renewal-term fields for review before anything becomes a subscription record.
Which alert channels are supported?
Email alerts are supported, and Slack and Microsoft Teams can be connected with incoming webhook URLs for workspace notifications.
What happens if I close my account?
Resubly uses a 30-day deletion grace period. During that period, deletion can be cancelled; after the window, organization data is purged by the offboarding process.
Who is the right person on my team to own Resubly?

Can Resubly handle multi-currency contracts?
Yes. Each subscription record stores the contract currency alongside the cost, so a US contract in USD and a European contract in EUR sit side by side without forced conversion. Dashboards roll up by your reporting currency using a configurable exchange rate, and individual contract views always show the original currency to avoid surprises at renewal.
Do you offer an annual plan or volume discount?
