Choose where alerts go

Set daily or weekly delivery, choose who receives renewal alerts, add extra addresses, and connect Slack in one click.

Notification settings control how often alerts arrive, who receives them, and which channels they go out on. They apply to your whole organization rather than per contract.

Frequency

  • Daily. Alerts arrive as each countdown milestone is reached. This is the default.
  • Weekly digest. One Monday summary of everything upcoming, and nothing in between.

Recipients

  • Subscription owner. Only the person who owns that contract.
  • Owner plus organization owners. The contract owner and everyone who owns the organization, useful when one person needs oversight of every renewal.

You can also add extra email addresses. A shared alias such as finance@yourcompany.com is the reliable option, because it keeps working when someone is on leave or leaves the company.

Connect Slack

  1. Open notification settings and choose Add to Slack.
  2. Approve the install in Slack and pick the channel alerts should post to.
  3. You are returned to Resubly with Slack connected. Alerts now post to that channel as well as going out by email.

If your Slack workspace restricts app installs, you can paste an incoming webhook URL manually instead. Disconnecting removes the webhook and stops Slack posts immediately.

Other alerts

Beyond renewal reminders you can switch budget alerts, document upload notifications, and team invitation notices on or off independently.
