Invite your team and set roles

Invitations are free, there are no per-seat fees. Five roles control who can see and change what, organization wide or per department.

Resubly charges per organization, not per person, so there is no cost reason to keep colleagues out. Getting the real owner onto each contract is what makes renewal alerts reach someone who can act.

Send an invitation

  1. Open team settings and add the person by email address.
  2. Set their department and role.
  3. Send. They appear as invited until they accept, then become active.

The five roles and their permissions

  • Owner. Primary workspace owner. Can manage everything, including billing.
  • Organization admin. Full access except billing. Can manage users and departments.
  • Organization viewer. Read-only access to all contracts and reports.
  • Department admin. Full control over contracts and team within their department only.
  • Department viewer. Read-only access to their own department contracts.

The department roles are the useful ones at scale: an IT lead can own IT renewals without seeing every contract in the company. Billing is deliberately owner-only, which is why an organization admin cannot change the plan.

Removing access

Setting someone inactive revokes their access while leaving the contracts they owned intact. Reassign those contracts to a current team member, otherwise they become ownerless and their renewal alerts have nobody to reach.
