What Resubly does
Resubly tracks every SaaS contract you pay for and alerts the accountable owner before the cancellation notice window closes.
Resubly is a renewal tracker for SaaS contracts. It keeps one record per subscription covering what it costs, who owns it, when it renews, and how much notice you have to give if you want to cancel. Then it alerts the accountable person before that notice window closes.
The problem it solves
Most SaaS contracts renew automatically. Buried in the terms is a notice period, often 30, 60, or 90 days before the renewal date, and it is the last moment you can cancel or renegotiate. Miss it and you are committed to another full term at whatever the new price is.
The dates themselves are not hard to track. The problem is that nobody owns them. Contracts are signed by different teams, paid on different cards, and stored in different inboxes, so the deadline passes without anyone noticing it was there.
What you do with it
- Record every subscription in one place, with the cost, term, and renewal date.
- Upload the contract PDF and have the key terms read out of it for you to confirm.
- Assign a subscription owner and a finance owner, so every renewal has a name against it.
- Get alerted ahead of the notice deadline, not after the renewal has already happened.
- See total committed spend and what is coming up, rather than reconstructing it from card statements.
Plans and limits
The Free plan manages up to 5 subscriptions. Pro is a flat 99 US dollars per month or 990 per year, with unlimited subscriptions and unlimited team members. There are no per-seat fees.
Where to go next
Set up your account, then add your first contract. Those two steps are enough to get a working renewal alert.
